Get Full Price And Pay No FEES

Currently first home buyers in the market would like to own their own home but cannot qualify for a mortgage right now. They either do not have enough deposit right now or had unfortunate circumstances in the past to have their credit impaired.  But among them are good people and have nice income. Instead of receiving a bond,  you will have a non-refundable option fee.  If the buyers do not exercise the option to purchase, you can keep it all, while bond is refundable. If the buyers do exercise the option to buy your property, the option fee is credit agains the purchase price.
